The challenge:

GBA Systems is a Global Software Company and is a premier provider of software solutions and services to help manage fi xed assets, project accounting and lease accounting needs.
Many prospects were unwilling to invest in the expertise and infrastructure needed to implement an iSeries solution. This combined with the fact that some existing iSeries customers were moving to other platforms, mandated that GBA considered a tool to enable them
to offer their software package “FAMS” on multiple platforms.

The solution:

PKS designed a smooth migration process for a safe and transparent way to achieve the GBA goals. FAMS today is available for Windows and iSeries platforms. Most of the new customers
are choosing the Windows platform with the Oracle database.
